• exit the QEW at Dorval Dr. and head North
• Dorval Dr. continues until it intersects with Upper Middle Rd.
• continue driving North on Dorval Dr. and it becomes WestOak Trails Blvd.
• you will stop at 2 stop signs
• the second stop sign turn right into the parking lot – the Well Life Centre is located at the corner of the building complex (the clinic is on the NE corner of WestOak Trails Blvd. and 4th Line Rd.
